Foods that fill you up without many calories:
All vegetables, especially celery, cucumbers, extremely nutrient dense food like leafy greens, cabbages, zucchini, squashes, beets.
Fruits like tomatoes and citrus fruits like grapefruits, which actually have belly fat burning compounds, oranges, kumquats, apples.
Berries: anti oxidant rich nutritious strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, gooseberries, kumquats.
Some higher calorie fruits like bananas, avocado, mangoes are also great! Bananas are pretty filling and provides much needed potassium! Have at least half or one bananas a day to meet your daily needs of potassium and other minerals accompanying it!
You will be surprised that you do not feel hungry, with these foods you will get more nutrients in your daily diet requirements than eating more calories from lower nutrition value cooked foods or even raw fruits! Because vegetables ar more nutrient dense than fruits. However fruits have compounds that not all vegetables has so we must eat fruits as well, also they are best source for higher calorie foods and greatest fuel for endurance sports.
I am now on a cutting phase and fast track to weight loss, but I do not recommend reducing or restricting calories for people who are new to raw foods or trying to go raw, do as many of fruits and vegetables as you want and pay no mind to calories, once you develop new habits, than you can cut off those last 5-10 pounds with reducing your calories after a year or two.
Be happy and enjoy what you do, however it might not be easy, detox is not always a peasant experience, and can be a very tough and challenging one, but stay around people who inspire you and live the life that you want to live.
For weight loss you must drink enough of water as wel, at least strive for 8 cups a day! I know it is not always easy at the beginning, but you might want to make herbal tea to help you.

Is there such thing as Negative Calorie Foods?
A negative calorie food is a food that is purported to require more food energy to be digested than it provides. That is, its thermic effect is greater than its food energy content.
While this concept is popular in dieting guides, there is no scientific evidence that any of the foods claimed as negative calorie foods are such.[1][2] Foods that are claimed to be negative in calories are mostly low-calorie fruits and vegetables such as grapefruit, lemon, lime, apple, lettuce, celery, broccoli and cabbage.[3] Celery, a commonly cited negative calorie food, actually requires only about 10% of its food energy content to be digested (due to the thermic effect).[4]:88 Zero-calorie beverages, such as water, do take more than zero calories to process within the body, however they do not offer the dietary sustenance that other so-called negative calorie foods do in the form of fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins, etc. and as such, are not generally regarded as being negative calorie
