Fat Burning Soup

Today I will show you one of my fat burning meals. The chile helps boosts the metabolism while the veggies provide nutrients and the chicken provides lean protein that will keep you full. Feel free to use any veggies you have around.

Ingredients:

-Large Pot
-Water
-Chicken Breasts
-Celery
-Carrots
-Onion
-Garlic Powder (fresh is the best option)
-Sea Salt
-Cilantro
-Spinach
-Collard Greens
-Mushrooms
